smoked pork rib tacos
My niece and my dad had birthdays last week, and we had a family gathering over the weekend. Dad smoked some ribs on his Kamado, and when I gave him a new wok for his birthday, he busted out the burner from the turkey fryer to fry up some emergency chicken wings. The kids played games and a panda-shaped ice cream cake from Carvel was consumed. It was a nice afternoon.
Yesterday for lunch, we had some of the leftovers on tacos. It may be my favorite way to eat ribs.
