sonic screwdriver I start a new gig on Monday, and I am gathering up all of the necessary tools and supplies. Besides being able to fix nearly anything, this little beauty writes in ultraviolet ink, lights up, and makes a cool sonic screwdriver sound. The prop sonic screwdrivers used in the Doctor Who episodes aired since 2006 were actually based on the molds used for this replica, so the props are in fact replicas of a replica. I will keep it stashed in my bag until the coast is clear, but it will be good to have around in case of emergencies.
